Introducing the BioNet
Work Placement Program

BioNet Alberta and Genome Alberta are pleased to announce the BioNet Alberta work placement and industry partnership program. This program will pair recent graduates from biological and computer sciences possessing relevant skills in bioinformatics and computational biology (B/CB) with Alberta based life sciences and agricultural companies that are utilizing genomics/omics technologies. The internships will be a 6 month term with the goal of fostering and retaining talent in Alberta while helping industry enhance its value and growth using B/CB.
